Kaitlin
Chief Operating Officer

Core Strengths: Task-oriented execution, systematic thinking, ads management experience.

Primary Responsibilities: All SOP creation and process documentation; Technical campaign implementation and optimization; Marketing technology stack management; Quality control and performance monitoring; Team coordination and operational efficiency.

Chief Customer Officer
